How Fort Bend LINC Works:
East Fort bends seeks to address food insecurity and financial crisis of those living in East Fort Bend county.
Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels provides food services for all eligible senior citizens age 60 and over living in Fort Bend and Waller Counties.
Fort Bend County Social Services provides compassionate services and assists residents with food services, utility assistance, rent assistance, and more.
The Fort Bend Women’s Center assists survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault and their children.
Hope for Three provides resources and support to families and children living with autism spectrum disorder.
The Salvation Army offer service for Life Navigation, Rehabilitation, and Youth Development
The 211 Texas Helpline connects individuals with local community resources such as financial assistance for utilities/rent, food pantries, housing assistance, crisis counseling, utility payment assistance, and senior services. Texans can dial 211 or (877) 541-7905 and select option 6 to get information and referrals to COVID-19 social services, including testing, community clinics, unemployment benefits and more.
